By using this website and booking services with Two's A Pear Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services are provided based on the availability of staff and are subject to approval upon booking. We reserve the right to decline service requests if they fall outside our service area, exceed our scope of work, or for any reason that may compromise the safety or integrity of our team.

Clients must provide accurate information during the booking process, including access details, service requirements, and any known hazards or sensitivities in the home. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, which may be up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

We take care to provide quality service, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or the accidental movement of fragile or unsecured items during cleaning or organizing. It is the client’s responsibility to secure valuables, personal items, and pets during service. If we break or damage an item during service due to negligence, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace it, up to the value of the service charge.

By using this site and our services, you agree not to misuse the website, steal content, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity. All content on this website is the intellectual property of Two's A Pear and may not be reused or copied without written permission.
