At Two's A Pear Cleaning, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess the situation and determine an appropriate solution. This may include a complimentary re-clean of specific areas or a partial refund at our discretion.
For services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may apply. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Prepaid services or packages may be refunded only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance and have not yet been used.
If we need to cancel your service for any reason, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule at no additional cost. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Two's A Pear Email, and we aim to resolve all matters in a fair and timely manner.
